Sanyas is nothing like a path to me. It is clear and limitless sky. Here flights happen but no footprints are left behind. No footprints are formed; no paths are carved for pursuing in the sky of consciousness. Here everyone needs to make his path on his own. To have the insight and the courage to fly alone on your wings, in the world of unknown, is sanyas.
The sky of consciousness is mysterious. When you open your wings to fly alone into it, then it begins to cooperate with you in invisible and unknown ways.
Beware of those people who are interested in giving you sanyas. Beware of your mind too, that is interested in taking sanyas. All this creates a vicious circle in your life. You try to live a different life style, you begin to talk differently but with all these, you remain just the same.
And always remember that sanyas can neither be given nor taken. The sanyas that can be given or taken is not worth even two cowries, it has no value. If somebody talks about giving you sanyas then he is simply intending to exploit your mind. Sanyas does not mean changing your garb, changing your name, adopting a different life style.
Sanyas is an insight, a revolution within. This simply happens within you when you begin to see with awareness the unconscious way of repetitive living in your life. Then wherever you are, how so ever you are, sanyas takes place. It cannot be known by your outward appearance that you are a sanyasi, it happens to be your inner quality, your inner substance.
