Breast feeding Is the primary activity in a child. Children have it inborn in them. No child has to be taught sucking, every child knows it. Sucking on its mother’s breast, to feed itself, is the basic requirement of a child to keep itself alive.

But that is not all, there are lot many things associated with this primary activity. Due to lack of understanding, many a times breast feeding is not properly and adequately incorporated in a child’s life leaving the child starved, malnourished and dissatisfied.

These children grow up to be people with corrupted thinking, be it a man or a woman. Such women have great obsession for their breasts and men with their roving eyes on the breasts of women are all signs of deprived infancy.

While the mother is breast feeding her baby, there are researches, that say, that two chemical juices are produced  within the body of the woman, one being dopamine and other oxytocin. These are secreted in such perfect balance that makes lactation possible and at the same time it creates a meditative weather within the bosom of the woman.

Now if the woman meditates during such period, chances of her transformation are easy and manifold.

Another and the most important fact is, that during breast feeding, it is not only milk that is transferred to the child but also the inner state of the mother.

And if she is meditative at that time, then all the meditative characteristics are also transferred to the child, resulting in a healthy individual, both in body and mind.

And this would be a true fulfillment of motherhood, and the beauty of motherhood. Nature has provided this beautiful means of meditation for women in the most natural way. If only they are aware of it, they need not go into any extensive sadhna separately.
