To have a life and to be alive and lively are two different things. Everybody gets life but liveliness needs to be developed. The entire spiritual seeking are ways for developing this liveliness.  Foremost, we have to understand what destroys this liveliness in us. Our concepts that we ourselves have built about ourselves, about others and about everything else in the world, are the biggest reason for destroying our liveliness.

To conclude something based on the outer appearance of someone’s life is always improper. If these concepts are temporary, just for practical purposes, it is all right that they are made use of and then discarded. The concepts should be liquid and should always pass through the scanner of understanding and sensitivity.

To imprison someone in some concept is the ugliest sin. Man is a change. He is constantly in a flux but his concepts and notions about himself and about others do not allow him to change in reality.

Do not be so definite about what you see, what you hear and what you feel. Whatever you have seen, heard or felt could be entirely different from what actually is. Everyone’s individual journey, their beliefs keep colouring their concepts.

To free oneself and others from this imprisonment of concepts is true spirituality. Always maintain fluidity in your concepts and respect liveliness. Liveliness continues to grow by living a life free of concepts.
